Recently, Hunan Changde Taoyuan County Public Security Bureau organized elite police force to successfully crack down on a criminal gang producing counterfeit and shoddy network cables, arresting criminal suspects Chen and others, destroying underground production dens, finished product warehouses and online stores; seizing a batch of "Rogrand Legrand", "Yi Zhou SHIP", "COMMSCOPE" and other brands of network cables, recovering millions of dollars of economic losses for the rights holders.

In early October, our information department monitored through big data that an e-commerce store was selling "Legrand", "SHIP" and "COMMSCOPE" at low prices. The product quality was identified by the right holder as not meeting the national compulsory standards and was counterfeit of the right holder's registered trademark. Consumers using substandard cables are prone to hidden dangers such as lagging internet speed and rapid aging of cables.

In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the right holder, the case unit immediately investigated deeply and grasped the counterfeit manufacturing and sales chain behind it. The counterfeit factory was located in a remote village in Jieyang, with a dirty factory environment and rudimentary production equipment, and the counterfeit finished products were stored in an outside warehouse to avoid investigation by the right holder and law enforcement agencies.

After identifying the counterfeiting dens and warehouses, our company assisted Hunan Changde public security authorities to carry out inter-provincial and municipal crackdown, seized a large number of counterfeit wires and took compulsory measures against Chen, the suspect of the production factory, who will be severely punished by law.
