Recently, the State Council Information Office held a press conferenceonChina’s intellectual property development situation in 2021 and officially released the white paper “China’s Intellectual Property Protection Situation in 2021”. The white paper shows that in 2021, China has made good progress on the construction of intellectual property protection systems, approval and registration, cultural construction, international cooperation and so on.
